Terms Of Use
These are the rules for my site, please follow them
1. DO NOT SELL ANY OF MY DOLLZ, GRAPHICS, BACKGROUNDS, etc., ON ANY OF MY PAGES ON YOUR OWN PAGE! This seems to have become a problem and is illegal so you will get your site shut down when you're caught.
2. Do not take my dollz and basebodies and claim them as your own, enter them in contests, edited or not.
3. Do not take the copyright off my dollz and bases and claim them as your own.
4. NO Frakendolling. This means taking bits and pieces of my dollz and bases, and copying them pixel by pixel, and then claiming it as your own.
5. Do not direct link to my dollz, or anything on my site. Direct linking means taking an image off my site, right clicking, and then taking the address and putting it in your sig or on your site.
6. Upload to your own server! I don't want to pay for your fun.
7. Do not use my dollz or bases in dollmakers. Please contact me first about using bases in dollmakers.
8. Do not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of my dollz in any shape way or form. E-mail me first and we can talk about what you want to change.
9. You may adopt my dollz, please link me and give me proper credit on the same page as the adopted doll.
10. You may shade my basebodies, take the copyright off them to make dollz, change them around, add limbs, change the eyes, faces, whatever you want, and you may make dollz out of them for contests. Again, proper links and credits needed on your site. If you've edited a base of mine, feel free to send me the basebody and I'll put it up with credit to you for editing it.
11. You may use my dollz in graphics, as long as the proper credits and links are given. I would appreciate it if you would contact me though.
12. If you want to use any of my bases for a base edit contest, please contact me first.
13. Please don't e-mail me and ask for requests. I'm pretty busy, and not that skilled yet for most requests.
14. Please don't e-mail me and yell at me for not updating soon enough, putting up your doll, or an entry for a contest. I get busy and don't always have time to do everything. It is my site you know ;)
15. Do not use any of my graphics that are in the layout or I use as buttons,\ on your site or alter them in anyway. I made them myself and also with the help of other sites. E-mail me if you're interested in me helping you out with some graphics.
16. If you use my LJ icons and blinkies, I ask please for a link back. I know it's hard on Live Journal, but if you use my icons and blinkies on forums, sites, or anything else that's not a journal, Please credit me somewhere on the page or in your signature.
17. Do not re-color or alter my LJ icons and blinkies in anyway. If you want something changed, e-mail me and I can try and change it for you.
18. Please don't recolor my backgrounds and redistribute them, and claim them as your own. If you did change it, and would like to in some way redistribute it, please e-mail me first.
19. I beg you please, if you're going to take HTML from my links pages, please at least change the text at the top. It looks so tacky when 15 people have the same text that I wrote out.
20. DO NOT take the HTML coding from any of my pages (except the links) and steal the layout or my site. You can use them for reference and play around, but taking my exact layout and graphics is wrong.
